Padauk Shwe War Port & Petroleum Co., Ltd (Thilawa) is looking for dedicated and qualified employees for the following positions:
𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞
Location-Thilawa
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
Reporting to the Supervisor and working under the guidance of Senior Technicians, the Junior Technician is to be positioned to learn the skills and techniques of terminal operation through rotating among different departments/workplaces at PSW Terminal, including operating of equipment such as loading arm, cranes, interface with the vessel or barge, performing the ship shore checklist, safety checks together with the vessel or barge personal and checking loaded or discharged figures.
- Learning the skills and techniques of terminal operations by assisting more experienced and skilled technicians.
- Completing all tasks set by the Supervisor and/or Sr. Technicians and assisting wherever possible.
- Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Rotating to different workplaces/departments and gaining practical experience in new work area/department.
- Picking up safe work practices through the rotation of different jobs.
- Observing and following health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Attending meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities as instructed.
- Subject to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations as instructed by Supervisor or Sr. Technicians.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Passed 10th Grade or above.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good observation skills
- Willingness to learn and rotate among different jobs/departments/workplaces.
